As a Logistics Fulfillment Solution Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of logistics and supply chain operations for Molex LLC. This includes managing the movement of Finished goods from our Factories and Vendors to our End customers. Some of your key duties may include identifying opportunities for finished goods flow improvements, working with factories, suppliers and third-party logistics providers, analyzing data to optimize logistics flows, and managing logistics budgets and timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the project team of logistics professionals who work to ensure that flow optimization projects are delivered on time and within budget. Overall, your goal is to ensure that our company's logistics flows are efficient, cost-effective, and capable of meeting our customer demands.
