Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for customer inquiries and orders.

• Promote seafood & meat products, offers, and services.

• Follow up on pre-orders, payments, and deliveries.

• Maintain customer database and update call records.

• Achieve daily/weekly call & sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling / telesales experience (FMCG/food preferred).

• Good communication in English, Hindi & local language.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business).

• Target-oriented with strong customer service skills.
